NEW FIRST-PERSON INVESTIGATIVE THRILLER, GIVES US A TASTE OF WHAT 'TAKEN' IS LIKE
Lost Art Studios announces new family thriller game called Unreachable
Indie games have been nothing but exceptional this year with games such as Pizza Tower, Berserk Boy, and the Gecko Gods. We can expect this hype to last throughout the year as new Indie studios immerse into their work and give gamers a chance to enjoy lavish stories and full gameplay without the extra editions, in-game currencies, and battle passes.
Introducing Lost Art Studios Ltd., a new indie developer with their first title which is set to release in the second quarter of 2024. Even though it may seem far, let it be known that Christmas is less than 4 months away and eventually it will be leading into the new year. The game that Lost Art Studios will be publishing is called "Unreachable".
In this game, you will playing as Officer Henry Bernes, a famed detective of the setting this game, Fallstable County. As you play as the officer, you become a target of an evil international crime organization. With your family kidnapped, you need to carry out specific tasks and demands instructed by the kidnapper in order to prolong their lives. Throughout the game, it is apparent that as a detective, you will be uncovering clues to track down the location of your family and exercise an escape plan without the captor knowing.
This game seems like something out of a Taken movie featuring Liam Neeson. In addition, Unreachable will be among the first set of point-of-view games that include a plot that solely revolves rescuing their captured families while avoiding the hidden danger that may lie ahead. Also, it seems like the game will be quite expansive, allowing the player to venture through Fallstable Country and entering homes undetected.
Unreachable will be playable as a demo this upcoming Fall 2023 and will be available to Wishlist exclusively on Steam.
